Synopsis of House Joint Memorial
HJM 38 requests the Labor Department to name the Labor Department's Las Vegas Workforce Development Center building in honor of Eloy Ludi in recognition of his 43 years of outstanding service to the New Mexico Department of Labor and the people of Las Vegas and New Mexico.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The Labor Department reports that the memorial has a minimal fiscal impacts that can be absorbed with existing funds.

The Labor Department submitted the following comment:
This is an opportunity to provide recognition of outstanding civic dedication at minimal costs, by erecting an appropriate plaque or sign.
