Synopsis of Bill



House Joint Memorial 44 requests that the State of New Mexico recognize the contributions of skydiving, parachuting, paragliding, powered parachuting and powered paragliding to the quality of life in the state. It also encourages para-aviators to "spread their colorful wings and grace the skies of New Mexico."
