SB 257 appropriates $65.0 from the general fund to the Office of the State Engineer for the purpose of studying the Tularosa pipeline project feasibility.

According to the State Engineer, it is unknown if the appropriation is sufficient to complete the study.



FISCAL IMPLICATIONS



The appropriation of $65.0 contained in this bill is a non-recurring expense to the general fund. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2002 shall revert to the general fund.
