Synopsis of Bill
This memorial requests the Educational Retirement Board (ERB) and the Legislative Educational Study Committee (LESC) jointly study the feasibility of granting retirement service credit or compensation to members for accumulated sick leave.
The ERB and LESC would report the results of their study, including any proposed legislation to the second session of the forty-fifth legislature. Copies of this memorial are to be transmitted to the director of the ERB and the chairs of the LESC.
