Synopsis of Bill



A joint memorial recognizing the importance of New Mexico's great rivers, the Rio Grande, Rio Pecos, San Juan, Canadian, Gila and their tributary streams and resolving that February 20, 2001 be declared "Celebrate New Mexico Rivers Day".
