SM 32 urges the congressional delegations of New Mexico, Utah and Arizona articulate to the U.S. Congress the need to complete funding for the Red Mesa Health Center, which serves residents of the Four Corners region. The joint memorial seeks funding of $ 48,000,000.00 dollars from federal sources.



FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
