has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 13, after "CRIME" insert "AND TO UPDATE THE SPECIFIED VOTING AGE TO CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES".

2. On page 1, line 19, strike "twenty-one" and insert in lieu thereof "eighteen".,

and thence referred to the EDUCATION COMMITTEE.
