Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. Strike all senate rules committee amendments.

2. On page 1, lines 13 and 14, strike ", PROVIDE THAT REGULAR SCHOOL DISTRICT ELECTIONS WILL BE HELD WITH THE GENERAL ELECTION".

3. On page 2, strike lines 6 and 7 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof "All school elections shall be held at times as provided by law.".
