has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 11, line 5, after "individuals" strike the remainder of the line and all of lines 6, 7, 8, 9, and the word "state" on line 10.

2. On page 12, line 12 strike "Three Hundred seventy thousand dollars ($370,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "seventy thousand dollars ($70,000)".,

and thence referred to the CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
