has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 3, lines 6 and 7, strike the colon and the paragraph designation "(1)".

2. On page 3, line 8, after "1396r-8" strike the semicolon and insert in lieu thereof a period.

3. On page 3, strike lines 9, 10 and 11 in their entirety.

4. On page 3, lines 20 through 22, strike "and take similar actions involving prior authorization or formularies for any other state-funded or -operated prescription drug program".

5. On page 4, line 19, strike "shall" and insert in lieu thereof "may".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
