Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 13, after "ENFORCEMENT" insert "; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION".

2. On page 2, line 10, after "Mexico" insert ", including rebates, discounts and market incentives,".

3. On page 2, line 11, strike "the retail pharmacy" and insert "pharmacies, by".

4. On page 2, between lines 21 and 22 insert the following:

"Section 4. APPROPRIATION.--Twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the human services department for expenditure in fiscal year 2003 to process information received pursuant to Section 1 of this act. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2003 shall revert to the general fund.".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
