has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 14, strike "; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION".

2. On page 13, line 5 strike "earned income" and insert in lieu thereof, "a resource".

3. On page 18, line 10, strike Section 15 in its entirety.

4. Renumber the succeeding paragraph accordingly.,

and thence referred to the PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
