1. On page 1, lines 19 and 20, strike "rural primary health care clinics statewide" and insert in lieu thereof "primary care centers as defined in the Rural Primary Health Care Act, 1978 NMSA 24-1A-1".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
