Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 22, after the word "disabilities" and before the word "Any", add the following:

"The institution receiving the appropriation in this bill shall submit a program evaluation to the Legislative Finance Committee and the Commission on Higher Education by June 30, 2004 detailing the benefits to the State from having this program implemented for a three year period.".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
