MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE LABOR DEPARTMENT TO FUND A JOB TRAINING PROGRAM FOR THE PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY CHALLENGED AT EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY AT ROSWELL.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the labor department for expenditure in fiscal year 2003 to fund a job training program for the physically and mentally challenged at eastern New Mexico university at Roswell. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2003 shall revert to the general fund.
