FOR IMPROVEMENTS, INCLUDING COMPLIANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT OF 1990, TO THE WALTER GERRELLS PERFORMING ARTS AND EXHIBITION CENTER IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to make improvements, including compliance with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, to the Walter Gerrells performing arts and exhibition center in Carlsbad in Eddy county.
