FOR REHABILITATING STRUCTURES, INCLUDING THE RETAINING WALL AND PLAZA, AT THE SAN JOSE PLAZA PARK AND RECREATION AREA IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to rehabilitate structures, including the retaining wall and plaza, at the San Jose plaza park and recreation area in Carlsbad in Eddy county.
