FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to construct a water tank in Corona in Lincoln county;

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to reconstruct the wastewater treatment plant in Carrizozo in Lincoln county;

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to make improvments to existing water storage tanks in Ruidoso Downs in Lincoln county;

to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

one hundred forty thousand dollars ($140,000) to replace the roof over the instructional center at eastern New Mexico university in Ruidoso in Lincoln county;

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($175,000) for a radio dispatch system for the sheriff's department in Lincoln county.

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to renovate and equip city hall in Carrizozo in Lincoln county;

***** dollars ($23,200) to upgrade the technology at the Ruidoso Valley chamber of commerce in Lincoln county;

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design, construct and furnish a main fire station in Ruidoso in Lincoln county;

***** dollars ($156,000) to plan, design and construct a minumum security facility detention annex in Lincoln county;

one hundred five thousand dollars ($105,000) to renovate the vacated detention center into office space for the courthouse in Lincoln county;
