FOR PHASE 3 RENOVATION OF THE COMMUNITY SERVICE CENTER IN LOVING IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

four hundred sixty-nine thousand one hundred twenty-three dollars ($469,123) for phase 3 renovation of the community service center in Loving in Eddy county.
