45TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2002

REQUESTED BY Richard D. Vigil

FOR HOUSE DISTRICT 70 CAPITAL PROJECTS IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the capital program fund

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for expansion and improvements to the state police facility in Las Vegas in San Miguel county;

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to renovate the district attorney courthouse annex building in San Miguel county;

thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) to purchase a vehicle for the sheriff's department in San Miguel county;

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to purchase a vehicle for the detention facility in San Miguel county;

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to purchase a vehicle for the public works department in San Miguel county;

forty thousand dollars ($40,000) to renovate the community center in San Juan in San Miguel county;

twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) for improvements to the community center in El Pueblo in San Miguel county; and

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to improve the facility and purchase communication equipment for the fire department in Tecolote in San Miguel county; and

• to the governing board of Luna vocational-technical institute

fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) to improve the seating arena at Luna vocational-technical institute in San Miguel county.
