FOR DIGITAL EQUIPMENT FOR KNME AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico

two million three hundred thousand dollars ($2,300,000) to purchase digital equipment for multi-casting and data-casting for KNME at the university of New Mexico in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county, to be shared with KENW at eastern New Mexico university in Portales in Roosevelt county and with KRWG at New Mexico state university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
