FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO COUNTY ROAD 280 IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

thirty-eight thousand eight hundred dollars ($38,800) for improvements to county road 280 from county road 279 to state road 197 in Sandoval county.
