FOR A YOUTH RECREATION CENTER AT SMITH LAKE CHAPTER IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

forty-five thousand dollars ($45,000) to plan, design and construct a youth recreation center at Smith Lake chapter in McKinley county.
