FOR OFFICE BUILDINGS FOR THE WORKERS' COMPENSATION ADMINISTRATION AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

two million eight hundred thousand dollars ($2,800,000) to acquire land, design, plan, construct or remodel, equip and furnish office buildings for the workers' compensation administration at New Mexico state university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
