FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE LA UNION MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER ASSOCIATION UTILITY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to renovate the utility administration building and improve the water system for the La Union mutual domestic water association in Dona Ana county.
