FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE ATHLETIC FACILITIES AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for improvements to the athletic facilities at New Mexico state university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
