HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 1122

45TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2002

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN SANTA FE IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

one million dollars ($1,000,000) to replace and upgrade water system infrastructure to sustain the community's water supply system, including upgrades of pipelines, valves, pumping stations and tanks, in Santa Fe in Santa Fe county; and

• to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan and design the Caja del Rio-599 interchange project in Santa Fe in Santa Fe county; and

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to construct curbs, gutters and sidewalks, install drainage treatment to and pave Juan de Dios road in Santa Fe in Santa Fe county.
