FOR PHASE 2 CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW WING AT THE HANDS ACROSS CULTURE TEEN CENTER IN ARROYO SECO IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($175,000) for phase 2 construction of a new wing for the hands across culture teen center in Arroyo Seco in Santa Fe county.
