FOR NATURAL GAS PIPELINES IN NENAHNEZAD IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

five hundred fifty thousand dollars ($550,000) to acquire rights of way, plan, design and install natural gas pipelines to provide natural gas to the Nenahnezad community in San Juan county.
