FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO COMPLY WITH THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT OF 1990 AT LABOR DEPARTMENT FACILITIES STATEWIDE.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the labor department

one hundred fifty-two thousand dollars ($152,000) for improvements to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 at labor department facilities statewide.
