FOR A GAS PIPELINE STUDY FOR THE RIO CHAMA VALLEY IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for a study to extend a gas distribution system to the Rio Chama valley and surrounding communities in Rio Arriba county.
