FOR A NEW PLAYGROUND PARK IN TORTUGAS IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to prepare a site for, plan, design, construct, equip and furnish a playground park in Tortugas in Dona Ana county.
