FOR PHASE 3 CONSTRUCTION OF DANIEL FERNANDEZ PARK IN LOS LUNAS IN VALENCIA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

four hundred fifty-seven thousand dollars ($457,000) for phase 3 construction of Daniel Fernandez park in Los Lunas in Valencia county.
