FOR DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS TO CARSON DRIVE IN LOS LUNAS IN VALENCIA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred twelve thousand dollars ($112,000) to plan, design and construct drainage improvements to Carson drive in Los Lunas in Valencia county.
