FOR A FIRE DEPARTMENT IN HATCH IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for phase 2 construction of a fire department building in Hatch in Dona Ana county.
