FOR LAND ACQUISITION AT THE ESPANOLA CAMPUS OF NORTHERN NEW MEXICO STATE SCHOOL IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of northern New Mexico state school

one million dollars ($1,000,000) to acquire land for the Espanola campus of northern New Mexico state school in Rio Arriba county.
