FOR PHASE 2 CONSTRUCTION OF THE TECHNOLOGY MANUFACTURING FACILITY ON THE ESPANOLA CAMPUS OF NORTHERN NEW MEXICO STATE SCHOOL IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of northern New Mexico state school

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to construct phase 2 of the technology manufacturing facility on the Espanola campus of northern New Mexico state school in Rio Arriba county.
