FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO UNSER BOULEVARD IN RIO RANCHO IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

two million one hundred thousand dollars ($2,100,000) to improve Unser boulevard, including widening the boulevard to four lanes from Abrazo road to Cherry road, in Rio Rancho in Sandoval county.
