FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE TIERRA AMARILLA MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

nine hundred ninety-eight thousand six hundred dollars ($998,600) to improve the water system for the Tierra Amarilla mutual domestic water consumers association in Rio Arriba county.
