FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE CANJILON WATER SYSTEM IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

        I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

        •  to the department of environment

seven hundred sixty-seven thousand dollars ($767,000) to improve the water distribution system, including a storage tank and new service meters, for the Canjilon water system in Rio Arriba county.
