FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE EL BARRANCO MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION WATER SYSTEM IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

three hundred forty-seven thousand dollars ($347,000) to improve the water distribution supply system for the El Barranco mutual domestic water consumers association in Abiquiu in Rio Arriba county.
