FOR WATER SYSTEM EXTENSIONS TO THE NORTHERN AREA OF MESILLA IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to extend the distribution lines to loop the water system to the northern area of Mesilla in Dona Ana county.
