REQUESTED BY J. Paul Taylor

FOR THE MESILLA MUNICIPAL COMPLEX PROJECT IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to prepare the site for, plan, design and construct the municipal complex, which will include the town hall, public safety building, fire station and court and council chambers, in Mesilla in Dona Ana county.
