REQUESTED BY J. Paul Taylor

FOR WATER SYSTEM EXTENSIONS IN MESILLA IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) to extend the distribution lines to loop the water system at the south end of Estrada road in Mesilla in Dona Ana county; and

twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) to extend the distribution lines to loop the water system on Calle de Oeste street in Mesilla in Dona Ana county.
