FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE DONA ANA MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION WATER SYSTEM IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to acquire rights of way, engineer, survey and construct improvements to the Dona Ana mutual domestic water consumers association water system in Dona Ana county.
