FOR A FACILITY FOR THE HATCH HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES CENTER IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of health

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to plan, design and construct or purchase a modular building for a facility for the Hatch health and human services center in Dona Ana county.
