FOR CONSTRUCTING A SWIM-TRAINING FACILITY AT THE HATCH COMMUNITY PARK IN NORTHERN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($225,000) to construct a swim-training facility as part of the new Hatch community park in northern Dona Ana county.
