FOR IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE TRAILS END ROAD AREA IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to plan and design improvements for the Trails End road area in Dona Ana county.
