REQUESTED BY James Roger Madalena

FOR INSTALLING A TRAFFIC LIGHT ON NEW MEXICO STATE HIGHWAY 528 IN RIO RANCHO IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to install a traffic light with turn signals for traffic emerging from River's Edge neighborhoods on state highway 528, north of state road 448 in Rio Rancho in Sandoval county.
