FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO IDALIA ROAD IN RIO RANCHO IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to improve the unpaved principal arterial Idalia road from Northern boulevard and Broadmoor drive north to Idalia and then northeast to Kim road in Rio Rancho in Sandoval county.
